Discreet Phone Communication: Our phone line is secure and encrypted, used exclusively for communication with BOS RX patients, their authorized contacts, and for treatment-related matters. We never leave personal information on patient voicemails for additional patient security.

Secure Payment System: At BOS RX, we use a discreet and HIPAA-compliant payment system, (called “Ivy Pay”) to process all payments. Before your first appointment, you will receive a link from Ivy Pay prompting you to enter your credit or debit card information. Once submitted, your information is securely stored for future sessions.

Electronic Medical Record Keeping: Our electronic health records are managed through Practice Fusion, a HIPAA-compliant system that utilizes multiple safeguards to protect your sensitive health information.

Documents, forms and faxes: Integrated with Practice Fusion, Updox is the secure platform we use to send and receive confidential documents, including forms and faxes. It also powers our video system for all BOS RX telehealth appointments, providing a secure, encrypted environment designed specifically for healthcare communication.

Patient Provider Confidentiality:

Your BOS RX Provider will not disclose any information you share with them during your sessions, unless they determine you are at significant and immediate risk of harming yourself, harming someone else, or they feel your safety is in danger for another reason.
